PFPE KING P-TORR 5381 1KG Ultra High Viscosity PFPE Vacuum Lubricating Oil for Vacuum Seals and Damping Systems

Ultra High Viscosity PFPE Formulation: PFPE KING P-TORR 5381 is formulated with high viscosity perfluoropolyether oil, reaching 809 cSt at 40℃. The high viscosity provides excellent film retention and damping characteristics, making it suitable for static sealing points and low-speed mechanisms where controlled movement and stable lubricant placement are important.

Low Outgassing for Vacuum Applications: The product is ultrafiltered to help reduce particulate contamination and volatile materials in demanding vacuum environments. Its ASTM E595 test values of TML 0.070 wt% and CVCM 0.004 wt% make it suitable for applications where low outgassing and clean operating conditions are important.

Excellent Chemical and Thermal Stability: The PFPE base chemistry provides strong resistance to oxidation, aggressive process gases and many chemically demanding environments. It maintains stable lubrication performance across a broad temperature range of approximately -40℃ to +250℃, supporting demanding vacuum equipment applications.

Excellent Sealing and Damping Performance: The very high viscosity allows the lubricant to remain in place and provide controlled damping around static seals, valves and precision mechanisms.
