5. Member Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, to publish only listings and content you have the right to publish, to comply with all applicable laws and export/import regulations, and to conduct your dealings with other members honestly and in good faith.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform to post false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content; to list prohibited, counterfeit, or restricted goods; to send spam or fraudulent inquiries; to harvest data about other members; to upload malware or attempt to compromise the platform; or to infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
7. Content and Listings
You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant B2bItem a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, without notice.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we consider harmful to the platform or its members. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
