WF-PRO265 Crude Oil Demulsifier (Oil-soluble)

WF-PRO265 Crude oil demulsifier is based on polyether with different molecular weights obtained by block polymerization of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide using polyols, polyethylene polyamines and various resins as initiators. Selected polyether monomers are crosslinked with different crosslinking agents, and specific polyether monomers are esterified with unsaturated substances followed by polymerization with initiators. This process increases the molecular weight of polyether demulsifiers, improves their solubility, accelerates the dehydration rate and dehydration efficiency, reduces the required dosage of demulsifier, and lowers the dehydration temperature.
