AIBOR International Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "AIBOR") is a sino-foreign joint venture approved by The State Council and established in 1998 with a registered capital of 60 million yuan and total assets of more than 1 billion yuan. In 2010, the company's revenue of 10 million yuan, is the industry's leading, the only multi-brand import and export construction machinery trade service provider. AIBOR used to belong to the State Economic and Trade Commission. After the reform of the state institutions, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the Working Committee of the Central Large Enterprises have been directly under the management of the state backbone enterprises. In May 2004, with the approval of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), the foreign-funded enterprise was authorized to inject capital, and was restructured with China Machinery Industry Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "STATE Machinery Group"), becoming a member of State Machinery Group. At present, AIBOR's main business areas involve: import construction machinery wholesale and trade services, construction machinery retail services, etc. In the field of construction machinery wholesale and trade services, AIBOR innovated the cooperation model and became the general underwriter and whole chain service provider of several well-known multinational construction machinery enterprises. As a strategic partner of multinational automobile enterprises in China, AIBOR currently serves imported construction machinery brands including: CAT, KOMATSU, HITACHI, KOBELCO, SUMITOMO, VOLVO, DOOSAN, HYUNDAI, DAEWOO, etc.
