Product description
XYC NOXLUB KF 2024 is a PFPE based fluorinated grease formulated with PTFE thickener. The product is designed for demanding high vacuum and industrial lubrication applications where high temperature resistance, extremely low vapor pressure and chemical inertness are important requirements.
Excellent High Temperature Performance
XYC NOXLUB KF 2024 provides an operating temperature range from -50°C to +260°C. Its high-temperature capability makes it suitable for demanding equipment exposed to elevated temperatures, including selected thermal processing, coating and industrial machinery applications.
Extremely Low Vapor Pressure
With a specified vapor pressure of 3.0 × 10⁻⁹ Pa at 20°C, KF 2024 is designed for applications where minimizing evaporation and lubricant outgassing is important. The extremely low vapor pressure helps reduce lubricant loss and supports cleaner operation in suitable high-vacuum equipment.
Suitable for High Vacuum Applications
The combination of PFPE base oil, PTFE thickener and extremely low vapor pressure makes XYC NOXLUB KF 2024 suitable for selected high-vacuum systems. It can be considered for vacuum pumps, vacuum coating equipment, continuous coating systems and suitable bearings or sliding components.
Strong Chemical Inertness
The PFPE formulation provides excellent resistance to aggressive chemical media. XYC NOXLUB KF 2024 is designed to withstand exposure to acids, alkalis, solvents and fuels, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments where conventional lubricants may experience chemical degradation.
