1. Product description
WF-D223 Crude Oil Defoamer is composed of special silicone grease, fumed silica and customized
emulsifiers. This product can effectively control stable foams formed by minerals and organic matter in
formations during crude oil extraction processes. It features three outstanding resistances: high
temperature resistance, acid & alkali resistance and high salinity resistance, with fast defoaming speed
and long foam suppression duration.

4. Method of application
Addition point: crude oil pipeline at wellhead
Application method: Intermittent regular shock dosing or continuous dosing via metering pump;
Dosage: 0.01%–0.5%, The end user may determine the final dosage according to actual working conditions.
5. Packaging, storage and precautions
Packaging: 25kg, 200kg ,1000kg, or customized packaging upon negotiation.
Store in a sealed container away from light at room temperature. Avoid prolonged exposure to extremely hot or cold environments.
The shelf life of the product is 1 year.
Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory system. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. In case of serious condition, seek medical advice immediately.
