The Explosion-Proof Centrifugal Fan is an industrial ventilation and exhaust solution designed for hazardous environments where flammable gases, vapors, mists, or combustible dust may be present.
Compared with a standard centrifugal fan, an explosion-proof configuration requires careful consideration of the motor, electrical components, impeller, casing, grounding, spark-risk control, operating temperature, and hazardous-area classification.
The fan can be configured for chemical plants, petrochemical facilities, oil and gas installations, paint workshops, solvent storage areas, pharmaceutical plants, mining facilities, hazardous material warehouses, and industrial waste gas exhaust systems.
EMS provides customized airflow, pressure, fan size, motor, impeller material, casing material, drive arrangement, control system, and hazardous-area configuration according to project requirements.
