4. Method of application Dilute WF-H1420 Corrosion inhibitor with water at a mass ratio of 1:5 to 1:6, then inject into the system via a metering pump. When severe microbial corrosion occurs in the system, it is recommended to use this product in combination with suitable biocides for superior corrosion inhibition performance. When the system contains high dissolved oxygen, it is recommended to use this product together with oxygen scavengers to achieve superior corrosion inhibition performance. When the system has a severe scaling tendency, it is recommended to use this product together with Xi’an Waverley scale inhibitors to achieve superior corrosion inhibition performance.

Product description WF-H1420 Corrosion inhibitor mainly composed of oleic acid, rosin imidazoline or corresponding imidazoline cationic surfactants, emulsifiers, nitrogen and sulfur-containing small-molecule synergists and other auxiliaries. This product can effectively mitigate corrosion caused by various factors in oilfield wastewater, including high salinity, H?S, free CO?, Cl? and SRB. Packaging, storage and precautions Packing: 25kg,200kg,1000kg or customized packaging upon negotiation. Store hermetically sealed in a cool and shaded place; avoid prolonged exposure to extremely hot or cold environments. The product shelf life is 1 year. 6. Safety Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory system. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. In case of serious condition, seek medical advice immediately.
