1. Product description WF-D2810 Silicone Defoamer is a mixed emulsion emulsified with special emulsifiers, with polydimethylsiloxane as the main component. This product features excellent performances including fast defoaming, long-lasting foam suppression, low dosage, high temperature resistance, strong alkali resistance and salt tolerance. It is suitable for foam control under harsh working conditions in petrochemical, natural gas treatment and other fields. 2. Product Characteristics ? Long-lasting foam inhibition. ? Method of application WF-D2810 Silicone Defoamer can be added after foam forms or incorporated as a foam-inhibiting component. Its dosage ranges from 20 to 50 ppm depending on different application systems. Theoptimal dosage shall be determined by customers through tests based on actual working conditions. It can be used directly or after dilution. It may be added undiluted without dilution if it can be fully stirred and dispersed in the foaming system. If dilution is required, thickened water shall be used. Diluting the product with plain water is not recommended, as it may cause delamination and emulsion breaking, impairing product performance. 5. Packaging, storage and precautions Packing: 25kg,200kg,1000kg or customized packaging upon negotiation. Store tightly sealed in a cool and dark place. Avoid long-term exposure to extremely hot or cold conditions. The product shelf life is 1 year. 6. Safety Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory system. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. In case of serious condition, seek medical advice immediately.
